Section 5 – Tickets, Products and Services
Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be rescheduled to a different time slot only if unsafe weather conditions (for example, lightning) require us to close or delay the market and we notify you — including, where you have opted in, by text message — that your time slot is eligible for rescheduling. If you are unable to attend for any other reason, please email us at hello@marketsformakers.com and we will see what we can do to help.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, and to limit quantities offered. All descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for a product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that any products, services, information or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household or order, including orders that share the same account, credit card, or billing/shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at the time of order.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update your account information (including email address and payment details) so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

We may provide access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control. By entering our markets you understand that you may be photographed, filmed or videotaped, and you grant Markets for Makers LLC the unqualified, perpetual right to use your likeness, image or recording (collectively, “image”), without compensation, for broadcast or exhibition in any medium and for any legitimate use. You waive, release and forever discharge Markets for Makers LLC from claims arising from use of your image. We are not obligated to use, and may elect not to use, your image.
Section 11 – SMS / Text Messaging Terms
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in — for example at checkout, when purchasing a ticket, or through a sign-up form — you consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Markets for Makers LLC. Depending on what you opt in to, these may include:
- Transactional messages, such as order and ticket confirmations, and event or weather-related schedule and rescheduling updates; and
- Marketing messages, such as promotions, discounts, new-vendor announcements and event reminders, if you separately opt in to marketing texts.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are never required to opt in to text messaging in order to buy a ticket or product from us.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the programs you’ve joined; marketing texts are sent periodically, and transactional texts (such as weather/schedule alerts) are sent only as needed.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we do not guarantee message delivery.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any text message from us, or contact us at hello@marketsformakers.com, at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you’ve been unsubscribed. If you opt out of marketing texts, we may still send you non-marketing, transactional texts tied to an order or ticket you’ve placed, where permitted by law.

No third-party marketing use. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in/opt-out status with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle phone numbers and other personal information.
