We may also work with third parties (such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok) to serve ads to you as part of a customized campaign on their platforms. If you prefer not to see customized ads from us, you can usually opt-out by changing your account settings or preferences on such platforms.
Our retention periods for personal information are based on business needs and legal requirements. We retain personal information for as long as is necessary for the processing purpose(s) for which the personal information was collected and any other permissible, related purpose. For example, we may retain certain transaction details and correspondence until the time limit for claims arising from the transaction has expired.
We do not, in providing the Services, knowingly collect personal information from children. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personal information to us via the Services, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that personal information from our databases.
Managing or Deleting Your Online Markets for Makers Account

NOTICE: Imaging and Recording Underway: By entering our space, you acknowledge that you might be photographed, filmed, or recorded, and you consequently grant Markets for Makers the unequivocal right to capture pictures and/or recordings of you, bestowing the enduring right to utilize your likeness, image, photo (collectively referred to as “image”), without any compensation, for broadcast or display in any medium, and to employ the finalized pictures/recordings for any lawful purpose without any limitations or restrictions. You hereby renounce, release, and irrevocably discharge Markets for Makers from any and all claims or actions emanating from or occasioned by any utilization of your image. Markets for Makers is not compelled to use, and may choose not to use, your image.

Markets for Makers LLC has operations in the U.S. and does not have operations in other countries. If we create operations in other countries, we or our service providers may transfer your personal information to, or store or access it in, jurisdictions that may not provide equivalent levels of data protection as your home jurisdiction.
